  - Had to change my mind on building file on Solaris2.6 since a library
    is required by beecrypt.
  - I've added files for creating initial provides on the various unix
    operating systems (aix, hpux, solaris). 
  - Several Makefile.am's hard code the path to the rpm build directory
    which can break the libtool relinking if you have localstatedir in a
    different place.
  - I put in various tweeks to the requisites and provides scripts for
    perl. 
  - The requisite for file is changed to /usr/bin/file as the three unix
    operating systems all put file in the same place. I also changed the
    vpkg.sh script (just the Solaris version for now) to include file in
    the interpreters list so it will be provided.
  - Removed the prerequisite of rpm-build for rpm as I don't try to
    create the initial provide package.
  - I've moved the shared libraries from rpm-devel to rpm-build. 
  - The rpm user and group will be created on unix operating systems.
  - Added lines in the files section for the rpm config directory and
    the database directory and files for unix systems.
  - Include the appropriate initial provide spec header file.
